Terms and conditions

  1. All stated prices or rates and charges are stated in Singapore Dollar (SGD $). Stated prices are subjected to prevailing GST.
  2. Estimated delivery date provided by the seller is an approximate. Should there be any delay, the seller will inform you as soon as possible. However, the seller will not accept any liability for consequential losses as a result.
  3. Ty Innovations Pte Ltd reserves the right to impose additional charges or may refuse to attend to any delivery which are inaccessible and/or hazardous to its delivery agents.
  4. Delivery is non-chargeable if carried out within Singapore Mainland and during delivery hours, Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30 pm (Excludes public holidays). Additional charges are applicable for deliveries that are carried out beyond delivery hours, on weekends, public holiday or deliveries that require carrying over counters or stairs.
  5. Additional charges apply for disposal of old units. Ty Innovations Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse the disposal of any old units if prior arrangements have not been made.
  6. 1 Year On-Site Warranty Service includes warranty against defective materials and manufacturing defaults inclusive of parts and service for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice.
  7. Warranty Service does not apply under the following circumstances:
    1. Serial number of the equipment has been altered, tempered or removed.
    2. Equipment has been altered or tempered with, subjected to misuse or negligence.
    3. The equipment has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer.
    4. The equipment has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person prior verification of approval by Ty Innovations Pte Ltd.
    5. Accidental damage to equipment including but not limited to breaking of glass due to external force, water entering equipment system
    6. Damage caused by abnormal voltage or in-coming power supply from a generator.
    7. Damage caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
    8. Damage caused by household pests.
    9. Damage caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive surroundings.
    10. Components parts which require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear and tear by reasons of their characteristic, including accessories.
  8. Ty Innovations Pte Ltd reserves the right to impose additional charges or may refuse to attend to any products installed in locations which are inaccessible and/or hazardous to its service agents.
  9. Ty Innovations Pte Ltd will not be responsible for consequential damage including but not limited to, loss of profit or revenues, down-time, cost of capital, cost of substitute or replacement of goods arising from faulty or damaged equipment.
